Education

    My training in psychology is complemented by studies in behavioural analysis and economics. This background allows me to understand not only individual difficulties, but also the broader dynamics of workplace and organisational functioning.

    In our work together, it is important to me that the psychological approach remains practical and applicable in everyday life—whether we are working with career-related questions or personal life situations.

Professional experience

    Throughout my previous professional roles, I have worked with individuals and teams in a variety of capacities—from recruitment and development to supporting day-to-day organisational functioning.

    My experience in HR and leadership, along with my work as a trainer and in international environments, enables us to approach workplace challenges not only from an individual perspective, but also through a broader, systemic lens.
